We would be honored to assist you with your management recruiting efforts and currently, recruit key executive management positions with a minimum base salary of around 120K. We have a very personal, client-focused approach to our recruiting process, giving you back hours of productivity and time to manage your business.

For all positions with a base salary under 120K or for positions we do not recruit for, we have a recruiting partner we work with and can refer you to them.

In addition to our unique approach, we are always considerate of your budget, with fees WELL below the industry standard of 20-30%

QHM Recruiting Process

  1. We source and receive candidates from our database, social media, referrals, and other sources.
  2. A candidate’s resume is compared to your desired specifications and experience.
  3. Once they meet your specifications, we perform a quick introduction phone interview to make sure they are a fit for what you are looking for and that you are a fit for what they are looking for. We also gather preliminary data that you would not normally see included in a candidate’s resume.
  4. Once all those steps are completed we submit a typed-up “pre-interview” recap of the data we gathered, along with the application Q&A form, resume, and references for your consideration.

 

Interim Executive Management

With a focus on supporting properties during a transition, sale or in the pre-opening phase of a hotel, Q Hospitality Management also provides Interim Executive Management to independent hotel properties, and in some cases branded properties.

Depending on your properties specific need, we may be able to provide Interim Executive Management for the following positions:
