QHM Recruiting Process
- We source and receive candidates from our database, social media, referrals, and other sources.
- We may at times even go out and personally visit locations that may have the desired candidate.
- A candidate’s resume is compared to your desired specifications and experience.
- Once they meet your specifications, we perform a quick introduction phone interview to make sure they are a fit for what you are looking for and that you are a fit for what they are looking for. We also gather preliminary data that you would not normally see included in a candidate’s resume.
- Once all those steps are completed we submit a typed up “pre-interview” recap of the data we gathered, along with the application Q&A form, resume, and references for your consideration.
