In addition to our unique approach, we are always considerate of your budget, with fees WELL below the industry standard of 15-20%.
QHM Recruiting Process
- We source and receive candidates from our database, social media, referrals and other sources.
- We may at times even go out and personally visit locations that may have the desired candidate.
- A candidate’s resume is compared to your desired specifications and experience.
- Once they meet your specifications, we send them on to you for consideration and interviews.
- Optional: We know that your time is valuable and that you need to be as productive as possible. With that in mind, we can also offer to take hours of pre-interviews off of your plate by taking each candidate we are considering for submission through a pre-interview with QHM. A very small fee applies, considering the 2+ hours spent on each candidate. This small fee is per search, not per candidate.
- If option #5 is chosen, once all those steps are completed we submit a typed up pre-interview recap, the resume and references to you for consideration.
Interim Executive Management
With a focus on supporting properties during a transition, sale or in the pre-opening phase of a hotel, Q Hospitality Management also provides Interim Executive Management to independent hotel properties, and in some cases branded properties.
Depending your properties specific need, we may be able to provide Interim Executive Management for the following positions:
