Pre-Opening + Technical Assistance

Provided during the planning, design, and construction stages of new developments and typically include recommendations, assistance, review, and/or sourcing for the projects OS&E (operating supplies + equipment), technology and other key operational aspects.

Development Support

Services may be used for newly developed RV Parks/Resorts and existing properties. Our experienced team and supporting vendors will assist, guide, and direct the operational aspects of new developments for up to two years prior to opening and for any duration needed for an already “operating property” in a takeover or renovation scenario.

Day-to-Day Operational Management

Implementation and oversight of all operational aspects, including such areas as revenue management, food + beverage, retail + camp store, property maintenance, and so on. An Example of our Day-to-Day Operational Oversight can be found HERE.

Financial Management

Accurate payroll and time-keeping, efficient management of AP/AR, cash management and reporting, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, annual budgets and operating plans, and maintenance and execution of a Capex Budget.

Technology Set Up

Efficient use of cloud-based technologies in an effort to enhance the guest experience and streamline the operational experience.

Employee Management

It’s all about the team. With a focus on reducing turnover and creating longevity, we aim to empower all staff, at all levels to be involved with the operation and any decision that affects the guest experience. Using innovative cloud-based technology, we have streamlined the on-boarding and ongoing HR process in an effort to be more operationally efficient.
