With the purchase of this priceless location in the Berkshires region of Massachusetts, our client will be reimagining this dated RV Park, converting it into an elevated, gorgeous, and luxurious landscape hotel experience featuring 49 cabins, club house, camp store, restaurant, saunas and other amenities.
We are honored to have been selected to provide advisory services, with a focus on the operational and programming aspects during the concept creation phase, as well as support with the pro forma, operating budgets, OS&E purchasing, vendor recommendations and pre-opening/opening support.
