Our client was looking into purchasing an RV resort in Arbor Vitae WI with the desire to renovate and upgrade the property, sites and amenities as well as add a club house, new amenities and additional sites.

We are honored to have been selected to provide pre-purchase advisory services, with a focus on the operational, budget and programming aspects. We also provided support with their pro forma, pre-opening budget and operating budgets.
