Project Consulting and Hotel Management
We worked with a Seattle client (Revolve Development) on a very unique, small luxury hotel project via the redevelopment of a historic building, formally a strip joint located next to Seattle’s Four Seasons Hotel, known as the Lusty Lady. Services provided include concept development support, programming and layout of the property as well as pro forma, pre-opening budget and OS&E budget support and more.
Future services through the lifecycle of this project were to include continued general consulting, concept development, branding, OS&E sourcing, FF&E sourcing support, recruiting, training and eventual management of the property by our hotel management brand The Q Hotel Group.

May 29th, 2015 – Q Hospitality Management is honored to be Revolve Developments hospitality partner on such a unique project as the conversion of Seattle’s famous Lusty Lady into what will certainly become one of Seattle’s most unique hotel experiences.
“The finished project will consist of a 43-room boutique hotel, feature a street-level restaurant on 1st Ave., a speakeasy bar on Post Alley; and an open-air rooftop bar and event space designed to capture Puget Sound, Olympic Mountain, and city views. Designed to be a launch pad for travelers searching for an immersive, authentic Seattle experience, the building will work with local partners to provide collaborative hospitality, entertainment, and restaurant venues that offer a convenient level of services integrated with modern technology”.
