RV Park conversion to a Landscape Hotel – Operational, Programming and Concept Development Consulting
Ownership owns a currently operating RV park in the neighborhood of Kennebunkport Maine. The intent of the project was to convert and renovate an existing RV park in a beautiful location, into a 60 cabin landscape hotel, with F&B a camp store and other amenities.
We are honored to have been selected to provide advisory services, with a focus on the operational and programming aspects during the concept creation phase, as well as support with the pro forma, operating budgets, OS&E purchasing, vendor recommendations and management company sourcing and interviewing.
