Historic Hotel renovation and rebranding
Our client purchased the historic 15 room, Weinhard Hotel in Dayton WA in order to renovate, rebrand and relaunch it in May of 2024. The intent of the project was to convert this historic hotel “in need of love” and in a perfect “main street” location, into a more current and modern hotel, focused on a younger demographic and offering a unique coffee bar, natural wine bar and cocktail bar.
We are honored to have been selected to provide advisory services, with a focus on the operational and programming aspects during the renovation and pre-opening phase, support with the pro forma, operating budgets, OS&E purchasing, vendor recommendations and eventually, in person pre-opening support.
