Who is Q ?

My name is Quentin Incao and I am a “Seriously Fun Hospitality Guru” and the founder of Q Hospitality Management.

People who know me call me “Q” thus the name of our company.

OK, now the serious stuff.

People say “I am a sharp, results-driven hotel operations and food + beverage leader with inherent ability to critically evaluate operational costs within the context of organization profitability”. Wow that was a mouth full, better said, I have over 30 years of diverse experience in all aspects of hotel + restaurant operations as well as glamping and RV park/resort experience.

With the addition of a very diverse and talented team of hospitality consultants (aka: the YES team), we are able to leverage our resources and produce results for our clients. We bring a collaborative management style and a proven track record, we love what we do!
