Pre/Post Operational Support
Incredibly honored to have assisted Chef Bobby Moore and his team at the Barking Frog and Willows Lodge with the launch of the Barking Frog Mobile Kitchen (AKA: BFMK or Food Truck). We provided support with respect to buildout decisions, operational structure and oversight as we launched, on site (in truck) attendance at numerous events as well as the research and booking of dozens of events, festivals & lunch pods.
BFMK is already receiving some nice press coverage, including coverage from Seattle’s beloved Eater team who broke the story.
